Nova and the Soothers® Team are kicking off their latest Soothers® Drive Live with Bliss N Eso and Amy Meredith performing live from King George Square in Brisbane on Friday 20 August from 4pm.
Ryan, Monty & Wippa will broadcast live from Brisbane’s King George Square from 4pm to 6pm, with live performances from Bliss N Eso and Amy Meredith.
Australian hip-hop trio Bliss N Eso have received critical acclaim and commercial success with headline tours of Australia and the USA/Canada and festival billing from Splendour in the Grass and Pyramid Rock Festival to Sound Relief and Homebake. They released their highly anticipated fourth album Running On Air in July this year, debuting at number one, a follow up to the ARIA Award winning Flying Colours.
On the back of their successful gig for the final winter series Soothers® Pop-Up Concert at Thredbo in NSW, Amy Meredith are teaming up with Nova and Soothers® again to perform live in Brisbane with Ryan, Monty and Wippa.
The Nova and Soothers® Drive Live series has included events at Byron Bay’s Beach Hotel with British indie kings Bloc Party, Josh Pyke and Miami Horror during Splendour in the Grass 2009; live from the Aria Awards Red Carpet with hot international and Australian artists; Wolfmother from Melbourne’s Roof Top Bar and The Toff in Town; Mumford & Sons, The Temper Trap and Bluejuice live from the Woodford Hotel in Queensland during one of the hottest festivals, Splendour in the Grass, and most recently with Passion Pit from Prince Band Room in Melbourne.
